The Trinidad & Tobago International Financial Centre (TTIFC) is hosting its first ever International Outsourcing Summit June 15-16 in Trinidad & Tobago’s capital city, Port of Spain. The event highlights Trinidad & Tobago’s benefits and advantages as a nearshore Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) destination, especially in the specialization of Finance & Accounting Outsourcing (FAO).
The TTIFC has been leading efforts in recent years to increase the awareness and recognition of Trinidad & Tobago as a preferred nearshore financial outsourcing destination for shared services and outsourcing operations. At the first Trinidad & Tobago International Outsourcing Summit, participants will meet and hear from key government ministers, BPO thought leaders, and participate in a series of meetings and panel discussions.
Speakers include representatives from A.T. Kearney, Grant Thornton, Ernst & Young, PwC, and others.
Attendees will also have networking opportunities, site visits to existing BPO and shared services operations, and briefings on the incentives and benefits offered to foreign investors by the Trinidad & Tobago government, as well as TTIFC’s ability to guide new operators through the process of establishing in the country and availing themselves of the investment promotion incentives.
