MVB Bank Chooses Jack Henry Banking’s SilverLake Automation System

West Virginia financial services firm MVB Bank has signed on to adopt Jack Henry Banking’s SilverLake automation system. Terms of the agreement have not been released.

The bank, which has $1.4 billion USD in assets and is headquartered in Fairmont, West Virginia, says that it chose this platform in order to improve customer service, manage vendors, and implement other complementary solutions.

“The SilverLake System provides us with a robust solution to help us to deliver successes for our clients and shareholders,” said Larry Mazza, president and CEO of MVB Bank. “The combination of a strong technology platform and a storied company history cemented our decision to partner with Jack Henry Banking.”

On top of SilverLake, the institution will also implement Jack Henry’s jhaEnterprise Workflow and Banno Platform. The two products automate procedural tasks and help integrate various procedures, respectively.

“By implementing the SilverLake System and additional offerings, MVB Bank can make real operational changes that will impact its bottom line and grow client relationships,” said Stacey Zengel, president of Jack Henry Banking.
